This desktop client is a small application that runs in the background of your computer.  It can be used by Digital Links tech support to remote into your system and troubleshoot computer issues.

If you are having problems with your system, double click the icon  and the client will open.  From there you can type a message to the support team, they will get this message instantly and can see what system you are currently on to troubleshoot the issue.
